Materials:
100g. tahini
120g. honey
120g. oat flakes
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
A handful of nuts or almonds or hazelnuts crushed or sesame seeds or chocolate chips (see here)
Execution:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the dough into a food bag or plastic wrap. Without getting your hands dirty, shape it into a roll, which you put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and cut the dough into rounds. It doesn’t matter if it falls apart, press with your hands and it will come together. In baking it will open up a bit. Place it on a non-stick baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes to get crispy cookies.
