Ingredients:
Green or black tea (two teaspoons for one pot)
Fruit tea (2-3 teaspoons of tea for one pot)
1-2 tablespoons of Organic Coconut Sugar
1 lemon (zest and juice)
Optional, orange juice 200 ml
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Soak the tea in hot water for 4-5 minutes, add the sugar while the tea is still hot in order to dissolve it completely. The amount of sugar depends on how sweet you like it.
Once the tea has cooled, you can speed up the process by adding ice, add lemon zest, let it rest for a few hours.
Before pouring the juice, the tea should have cooled completely. Then mix them, place the tea in the fridge to rest again, and enjoy it iced with some ice cubes.
