Beauty tips with… gelatin!

Gelatin for damaged hair
Strengthen and restore shine to your damaged hair with a truly miraculous nourishing recipe.

Materials
1 tablespoon of gelatin (powder)
½ cup of cold water
½ cup of hot water
1 tsp. a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. sweet honey
Execution
Pour the gelatine into the cold water and leave it to soak and swell for 5 minutes
Add the hot water, apple cider vinegar and honey to the gelatine and mix until it becomes a gelatinous gel
Before shampooing your hair, apply it to the entire length of your hair, massaging it well and leave it on for 10 minutes. You can take a normal bath right afterwards
Repeat 2-3 times a week before each shampooing and maintain the result with 1 time every 1-2 weeks

And one more thing: If you want instant volume in your hair, add 1-2 tsp. teaspoon of gelatin (powder) and you won’t believe it!

Gelatin for wrinkles
Make a highly effective face mask with the cheapest and purest collagen on the market: gelatin!
Materials
1 tablespoon of gelatine
2 tablespoons of hot water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Execution
Mix the ingredients by stirring and apply in a good layer on your face for at least 15 minutes.
Remove with warm water and repeat as often as you like! If you want a stronger mask, add an egg to the mixture.

And one more thing: They say that if you regularly take gelatin in your diet, you can reduce and eliminate wrinkles, stretch marks, acne, and even scars. It may not work as well for all skins, but as it is a source of collagen, it may contribute quite a bit to skin healing, especially for more recent lesions.

Gelatin to lose weight
It is said that many athletes use pure gelatin exclusively as a method to lose weight! The gelatin here is not applied topically but taken orally at specific times if you want to lose weight.
The dosage is as follows: The last meal of your day should be taken 3 hours before you go to bed. Just before going to bed, eat a tablespoon of gelatin powder.
Because gelatin may not be as pleasant to eat raw, try this recipe: fill ⅓ cup with cold water, add the gelatin (1 tbsp) and let it soak and bubble for a few minutes. Then pour ⅓ cup of hot water or tea or chamomile, mix well and drink it.
